How We Can Help:
First Financial will work with individuals whose income is disrupted as a result of the partial government shutdown. Customers should call our Customer Care Team at 855-660-5862 for details on how we can help.
For customers who are having difficulties making First Financial loan payments due to the shutdown, we are offering a one-month deferred payment and will reverse and/or waive late fees on their credit accounts, including all First Financial Bank in-house loan products.
We are also offering a 90 day consumer line of credit for any individual whose income has been disrupted (subject to credit approval).
Please contact your loan officer or our Customer Care Team at 855-660-5862 for payment options. If you choose to come into a branch, we will refer you to an available loan officer and take care of your needs immediately.
First Financial will not apply late charges or report negative credit implications for up to 90 days.
